Jason was incredible! He was kind, supportive & understood what we needed. He went above and beyond, especially when we loaded up the car with 2 car seats & a double buggy (not an easy task for experienced parents as well).

I got the car within a week, phone connected immediately - only issue was signing documents remotely with ID but we got there in the end.

I wasn't expecting to wait 1/2 hrs, only 1/2 hr. I don't think it's necessary to do a vehicle check when fixing a simple interior trim issue. This is what kept me waiting and it wasn't necessary as I'd only bought the car three weeks earlier.
