Overall, happy but just want to mention, I collected my car on Wednesday but it wasn't fully ready as I had to come back in on Saturday to get sat nav sorted. Also, I feel the interior windows were not cleaned properly as they're very smeared

The staff is very friendly as always. However, two issues: 1. I have a service plan in place, which apparently could not be found in the system. I had to pay upfront but no refund as of yet, a week later. 2. Car was not cleaned as part of service

I was told when I booked the appointment, one month in advance, that all the work would be completed the same day. It wasn't. I was also offered a complimentary clean of the vehicle which didn't happen.

I checked in online and the. Had to check in again on arrival. Had to wait 15 minutes to pay for my car even though it was ready. Don't expect to be blamed for a common fault and don't think it's appropriate for BMW staff to use emojis in emails

I had booked the car in for a service and then added a comment about an added issue. For some reason the service booking was initially overlooked and only the added issue was addressed. It was all done in the end though.

I am not a fan of the new authomated check-in process, and being steered towards this. Although I appreciate the benefits automation can bring, I think it often optimizes for happy path scenarios, and sometimes you want to speak to a person.

Flawless service although there feels like a bit of penny pinching going on! My last service in my 135i, courtesy car was a lovely i4. The breaking in service for my M2. Courtesy car was a purple underpowered 1 series with 'max power' spoilers!

The keypad to deposit my car keys wasn't working and I was asked to take a seat where someone would see me. This didn't happen and I therefore had to speak to receptionist to achieve this. Other than than this I would have given at least 4 stars
